The quality of our WGV glass is top-notch. The rim is cut to perfection, not the cheap, machine-made look. Our 100% hand-blown glass features a thickness of 0.15" to 0.20" (3-5 mm), with air bubbles and slight variations due to the handcrafting process, ensuring durability. We offer the widest variety of sizes, catering to nearly every imaginable design of floral arrangements, candle holders, or planter terrariums.

Your experience is our priority. The glass vases are packaged professionally to ensure safe arrival. If you receive a broken item, it is not considered defective. Simply contact our office immediately for a replacement or refund, without the need to return the broken vase. Shipping damage, not product defects, is the cause.

Before first use, the glass pieces should be hand-washed in warm, soapy water, rinsed thoroughly, and dried with a lint-free cloth. For optimal finish and clarity, clean with a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, let stand for a few hours, then rinse well and dry. This is important, as our glass is produced overseas in large quantities for wholesale, and may have accumulated dust or dirt during transit and storage.

Maintain the products by changing the liquid contents frequently, which will help preserve the finish and avoid film build-up. Glass pieces should not be cleaned in a dishwasher, nor used in microwaves or conventional ovens.
