To ensure a seamless customer experience, we take great care in packaging our fragile products. If you receive a broken item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. We understand that shipping damage is not a reflection of our product quality, so there's no need to return the broken vase – just send us a picture, and we'll take care of it.

Before using your new glass vase, we recommend hand-washing it in warm, soapy water, rinsing thoroughly, and drying with a lint-free cloth. For optimal finish and clarity, you can also clean it with a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, letting it stand for a few hours before rinsing and drying.
